We’ve all been there. We’re desperately trying to figure something out or trying to generate new ideas and we’re stuck. Listen…It happens to all of us. The trick is getting unstuck and getting the ideas flowing again.
Earlier today, as I was working on a big project, I got stuck. No matter how much I tried to come up with a solution and an idea, I couldn’t. I tried to brainstorm, listen to music, meditate and even tried a short walk around the office. When none of those things worked, I opted for changing my environment all together.
BINGO! It worked like a charm. 10 minutes into brainstorming in my new environment, I was coming up with solutions and great business ideas.
Whenever you feel stuck, change your environment. Leave your workspace. Get out of your routine and trying something new. This simple shift is sure to get your juices flowing again and help you come up with the next GREAT idea!
